On Tuesday, October 25, 2011 several local patriot groups and TEA Party groups managed to get nearly all of the candidates running for the Hanover Board of Supervisors all together on one stage to take questions. I recorded the event and the video is available here for any and all interested in Hanover’s elections.
This is quite a lengthy video, nearly 2 hours. The candidates were asked a question and given about a minute on most to answer. The question passed on to the next candidate until all 12 had answered.
Interesting to say the least, but many people are interested only in one race – the District in which they live.
While a head to head Q&A session was not in the cards on a District basis, I am compiling and editing videos by district so those with a keen interest in a single district can compare the candidates side by side.
As you might imagine, this is a rather tedious process. The edits are numerous, but it is our hope that you will be able to spend a few minutes listening to just your candidates and make a more informed decision on November 8.
As of Thursday night, I have completed the entire forum video, which is in this post. I have also compiled the questions and answers for the Henry District race between Sean Davis and Patty Jackson as well as the Chickahominy District race between Angela Kelly-Wiecek and Jim Ellis. I hope to complete the remainder of the districts shortly.
