Here are this week’s Virginia Political Blog Rankings.
Note the added column (after Trend) which shows last week’s standings vs. other Virginia Political Blogs.
Please note that the up or down trend refers to the score for each blog this week vs. last week. As such, it is a measure of how the blog did this week as opposed to the previous week in relation only to itself. The last column shows the standing in relation to the other blogs. While most that moved up a spot from last week also had an upward trend for the week, there are others that trended downward yet still improved in this week’s standing. That simply menas the trend down was less than the downward trend of closely ranked blogs.
Overall, the Most Improved Virginia Blog for the Week winners are:
Shaun Kenney (who actually appears to have posted during the past week) improved from #48 to #42 and Rappahannock Republic improving from #60 to #54 – both climbing 6 spots.
Honorable mention for the week are Off K Street up 5 positions to #57 from #62.
There was not a lot of movement in the Left and Right head to head rankings, with the exception of those already mentioned.

Posting on a blog is almost like a improving a credit score… I get the feeling that posting only helps over the course of time, but still helps the blog in question as well as any other blog you mention with the blog. So in my instance, Bearing Drift and any Jeffersoniad blogger gets assistance when I post, etc.
